ARMORFILM™ adhesives are GTS proprietary adhesives designed to bond armor plates while protecting heat-sensitive components. Our adhesives are non-flammable (below 460°F), low VOC, and odorless.

Our adhesives can be activated via heat and pressure in commercial ovens and vacuum bags or in autoclaves. Our main advantages are in our bonding strength and in the lower activation temperatures versus our competition. Sustained temperature intervals at lower thermal limits aids in protecting UHMWPE molecular structure and preserves material strength. This reduces risks in manufacturing and operating environments.
